ABOUT EBC
Support that starts with your child
At Exceptional Behavior Consulting, we bring together behavioral and educational support with a practical focus: understanding your child’s needs and helping your family navigate everyday challenges.

Our Mission
Caring guidance. A practical purpose.
Our mission is “to provide caring and effective direction for children with exceptionalities and their caregivers.”
That purpose connects our work with children, families, and educators, from individualized therapy to guidance for the adults who support a child each day.
How EBC approaches support
Every child brings their own strengths, interests, and ways of experiencing the world. Every family brings a different set of routines, questions, and priorities. Our approach makes room for both.
Compassion shapes how we build relationships. Individualized planning shapes what we work on together. The aim is support that connects with the situations your child and family encounter in daily life.

Compassionate care
Care starts with listening. We approach children and caregivers with respect, recognizing that a family’s concerns, experiences, and priorities are an important part of understanding what support should look like.

Individualized plans
Your child’s strengths and needs help shape the plan. We focus on goals that are relevant to the individual and the everyday situations where support is needed.

Evidence-informed practices
Applied Behavior Analysis informs our work. Observation, assessment, and ongoing review help guide individualized support, while continued learning keeps our team connected to developments in the field.

Collaborative approach
Caregivers know their child in ways no one else does. We value that perspective and work with families and, when appropriate, educators to connect support across a child’s day.

Everyday environments
Learning has a practical purpose. EBC provides support in home, school, clinic, and community settings, with attention to the places and situations where a child encounters challenges.
Support that connects with everyday life
For a family, a goal often begins with a familiar moment: communicating a need, moving between activities, or taking part in a classroom routine. Those everyday experiences give support its practical meaning.
EBC brings behavioral and educational perspectives together through ABA Therapy, Parent Training & Consulting, School Support & Educational Consulting, and Consulting & Professional Services. Explore our services to learn more about each area of support.
Family & School Collaboration

Connecting home and school
A child’s day involves many people and places. EBC works with caregivers and, when appropriate, educators to understand those environments and connect behavioral and educational support with everyday routines.
ROOTED IN OUR COMMUNITY
EBC is locally owned and operated. Our work connects children, caregivers, and educators in the community we call home. We value ongoing education and training because supporting families also means continuing to learn as professionals.
Clinical Leadership

A plan with clinical guidance
Behavior analysts guide assessment and individualized planning, supervise services, and review information gathered along the way. This gives the team a shared direction while keeping attention on the needs of the child and caregiver.
Direct Care Support

Putting the plan into practice
Registered Behavior Technicians work directly with children under clinical supervision. They help put the individualized plan into practice and collect information that the clinical team uses when reviewing services.
MEET THE EBC TEAM
Meet the people behind EBC
Our leadership, clinical, direct-care, and administrative team members each play a part in supporting children and caregivers. Together, they bring the planning, hands-on support, and coordination that connect a family’s experience with EBC.
