Florida Early Steps
Florida Early Steps is Florida’s early-intervention system for eligible infants and toddlers from birth to 36 months. Its official site explains eligibility, referrals, local offices, and family resources. Families can contact the program directly; EBC is not responsible for eligibility decisions or services provided by Early Steps.
Florida Department of Health autism resources
The Florida Department of Health autism page gathers links to statewide information, family support, evaluation and intervention resources, and other organizations. Review each organization’s current services and eligibility information directly.
Florida exceptional student education information
The Florida Department of Education provides parent information and a BEESS Resource & Information Center for families navigating exceptional student education. These resources include parent rights, procedural safeguards, district contacts, and educational materials.
Pinellas County Schools ESE Parent Services
Pinellas County Schools ESE Parent Services offers district-specific process guidance and parent resources. Questions about a student’s school plan, records, meetings, or district procedures should be directed to the school or district.

- For questions about EBC services, contact EBC directly.
