BCBA Careers
Lead thoughtful care through collaboration.
Beyond Behavior’s clinical approach centers individualized planning, direct team support, caregiver partnership, and decisions grounded in meaningful progress.

Partner with families. Shape meaningful care
Parents and caregivers bring knowledge that a clinic visit alone cannot provide. At Beyond Behavior, we develop plans alongside families and include ongoing caregiver education and practice. As a BCBA on our Hudson team, you’ll connect individualized treatment planning and clinical oversight with the routines that matter to each family. Working with caregivers and the therapy team, you’ll help translate clinical goals into practical strategies for communication, transitions, and daily living.
The goal is learning that is useful beyond the therapy setting, with the child’s dignity, comfort, and engagement at the center.
If this sounds like the kind of care you want to help deliver, tell us about yourself. We welcome BCBA applications throughout the year.
Get to know the child, not just the goals.
Our team spends time playing, learning what children enjoy, and building trust. We see rapport as a core part of care, alongside assessment, teaching, and progress review.
That perspective shapes our expectations of clinical work: remain curious, notice how a child responds, and be willing to try a different teaching approach. A child’s comfort, preferences, and dignity belong in those decisions.
Put individualized care into practice.
Individualized treatment means more than choosing goals. It means understanding what matters to the child and family, identifying useful skills, and adapting the plan as needs change.
As a BCBA, your work connects assessment, treatment planning, clinical oversight, and caregiver education. You help translate clinical goals into practical teaching strategies while keeping dignity and engagement central to care..

The Work
BCBA contributions connect several parts of care:
- Developing individualized treatment plans informed by assessment and family priorities
- Providing clinical oversight and helping the therapy team implement teaching strategies.
- Reviewing progress and adjusting goals or approaches when needed.
- Working with caregivers to support skills across everyday routines.
- Keeping child dignity, comfort, and engagement central to clinical decisions.
Our Practice
Beyond Behavior primarily provides clinic-based ABA services for young children with autism and related disorders. Our services include comprehensive treatment, focused treatment, and family skills training.
Across those services, our priorities remain consistent: understand the child, build trust, select meaningful goals, and adapt teaching to support learning.
The approach we value
We’re interested in clinicians who communicate clearly, collaborate with families and teammates, and remain open to changing an approach when a child needs something different. We value compassionate care, practical problem-solving, and clear communication both with families and with one another.”
