3. Benefits Verification and Explanation<\/a><\/h3>

EBC will gather plan information, review benefits when insurance applies, and explain what the verification means. Coverage is plan-specific.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

4. Planning<\/h3>

EBC will identify the information, goals, scheduling details, and practical next steps needed to prepare for services.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
